ABOUT US

since 2016

Growing up in a household that centred around food was not easy, but definitely delicious. As a child, I learned how to appreciate food and be gracious to have it. I learnt how to handle food, choose it, and slowly developed the talent to style it. My belief is that food must be handled tastefully and graciously. One of my biggest passions in life is being a foodie, and trying to taste it all!! My creativity stems from my curiosity to know and learn more about food. 

 

At every other event I hosted I realized that I could not order boards that had simple cheeses and meats on them. Instead, I got a long menu of food I did not want to offer. Something as simple as cheeses and meat on a board must be an available option to everyone, because who does not enjoy a little bit of cheese here and there? I did not want my main meals to be side meals, so I decided to focus on boards as mains! I think we all deserve a little bit (I mean LOTS) of cheese and fresh crudités in our events ;) 

 

Quebecois made? Absolutely! 

Starting a food business my main concern was to find food that was sustainable but most importantly local. My mission is to support our local Quebecois economy and community by promoting their products. Thus after extensive research, I was able to create a menu that included seasonal and Quebecois products to please every taste bud. Our Quebecer farmers offer a wide variety of fruits and vegetables that are of utmost quality. As for our Quebecois cheesemakers, we all know how their dedication to making Quebec's cheese the best cheese has thrived over the years. When we combine all these exquisite businesses with our business, we give you a board that is ready to devour, with lots of support and love.
